Cover art I designed for the Elko NV book for The Local Pages, Inc during my time there. A photographer from the area sent in the image to be used and I took the image, pushed it around in photoshop to get the colors and contrast to really pop, increase sharpness, created focal points, etc., then imported it into illustrator for the rest of the cover. This cover was the owner's favorite and, to my knowledge, still has a framed copy hanging in the reception area of The Local Pages.
